Media Literacy Week: “Productive Conversations without Confrontation”

Join the library and University of Kansas Associate Professor Ashley Muddiman for an evening of intentional bridge building during Media Literacy Week.

Our topic will be productive conversations without confrontation. We’ll watch the News Literacy Project’s collaboration with the National Institute for Civil Discourse and the League of Women Voters, then share a community conversation about ways we can interact with family, friends, and neighbors regarding the access, analysis, and evaluation of media messages we receive.
