How do platforms, media, pressures, and possibilities in young people’s digital lives shape their well-being? Join the Collaborative for Advancing Healthy Experiences in Out-of-School Time (CAHE-OST) for a free virtual training during U.S. Media Literacy Week.
Together, we will explore youth-centered approaches to digital wellness and try a digital mapping activity that you can adapt to help young people reflect on their own media experiences.
The session will focus initially on middle and high school youth, with suggestions for adapting the activity for younger participants. We will also preview upcoming CAHE-OST professional learning experiences and resources on youth voice, media and AI literacy, healthy choices, and supportive adult practices.
